Katie Wilde is a board-certified Women’s Health Nurse Practitioner. She is a University of Colorado alum (Go Buffs!) and earned her master’s degree from Frontier Nursing University in 2014. Katie joined Women’s Healthcare Associates in 2019 after working at a practice in Colorado Springs. Late that year, she moved to Hawai’i to support her husband’s Air Force career. She is excited and honored to be re-joining the amazing team at WHCA to continue serving Colorado women and their families.

Katie began her career in women’s health over 20 years ago as a childbirth educator and doula after the birth of her first child. As a nurse practitioner, she provides evidence-based, compassionate care to her patients and strives to create a partnership with every woman she serves. Katie specializes in teen health, family planning, and pregnancy and lactation care. She is certified as a perinatal mental health specialist and is committed to helping women struggling with mood disorders, especially during pregnancy and postpartum.

Katie lives in Castle Rock with her husband and their high school son. They also have two adult daughters, living in Boulder and Hawai’i. In her free time, Katie enjoys traveling (especially to the beach), reading, camping and attending Colorado sports events.
